What is your role at eWaste Solutions?

I work in Business Development and Client Outreach, partnering with businesses across New England to safely and responsibly recycle electronics and securely destroy sensitive data. My focus is on building strategic relationships, understanding each organization's needs, and delivering reliable, compliant solutions they can trust.

How long have you been with the team?

I have been with eWaste Solutions for over 8 years. I started on the operations side as a driver handling pickups, and recently transitioned into a Business Development and Client Outreach role.

What does a typical workday look like for you?

My days are a mix of outreach, relationship-building, and hands-on experience in the field. I spend time building strategic relationships with organizations, visiting facilities, and working closely with clients to understand their needs. Having years of operational experience allows me to provide practical, real-world solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly from pickup to final documentation.

How has your career grown since starting here?

I started in a hands-on operational role, gaining experience in logistics, client interaction, and the full recycling and data destruction process. Over time, I developed a deeper understanding of client needs and business opportunities, which led me into my current role in Business Development where I now focus on expanding partnerships and growing our client base.

What do you look forward to each day?

I look forward to building strategic relationships with organizations and creating opportunities to add value. Every day brings a chance to help businesses solve problems, stay compliant, and manage their electronic waste responsibly.

What is your favorite part of being on the team?

The people and the mission. We take pride in doing things the right way — protecting client data, staying compliant, and providing dependable service. It is rewarding to be part of a team that organizations can truly rely on.

Outside of work, I am passionate about entrepreneurship and content creation, and I have built a strong online community centered around culture, growth, and real-life experiences.
