Health & Safety Policy

Policy Statement
eWaste Solutions is committed to following the R2v3 and RIOS requirements and to maintain conformance to the requirements of our QEH&S management system and scope. We are equally committed to meet or exceed our customer requirements, to prevent pollution and workplace injuries and illness, and to maintain compliance with relevant environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and data security legislation and regulations.
The goal of eWaste Solutions' operation is to have a positive impact on the environment through responsible recycling requirements that includes the conservation of metals, plastic, and other non-renewable resources. Consistent with these core operations and outputs, it is eWaste Solutions' overall goal to accomplish its business objectives while meeting and exceeding the environmental and health & safety expectations of our management, employees, customers, suppliers, and regulators.
We will continually improve our systems while striving to minimize adverse impacts on the environment by managing and tracking through the recycling chain used and end-of-life electronic equipment, components and materials, including focus materials as identified in the R2v3 Standard, with respect to both on-site and off-site activities and the selection of downstream vendors, using a "reuse, recover, dispose" hierarchy of responsible management strategies.
To achieve the above, eWaste Solutions is committed to:
- Ensuring that these policies are appropriate to our operations, and its potential environmental impacts and health and safety risks of eWaste Solutions' activities, products, and services.
- Fulfilling and complying with all relevant QEH&S legal and stakeholder requirements, compliance obligations, industry guidelines and any other QEH&S commitments made by eWaste Solutions.
- Striving for continual improvement to enhance QEH&S performance.
- Providing the framework for setting and reviewing QEH&S goals, which are established and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of eWaste Solutions.
- Demonstrating Senior Management's commitment to increasing customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that this system and policies are communicated and understood by all persons working for or on behalf of eWaste Solutions.
- Making the QEH&S policy available to stakeholders, external providers, contractors, and other interested parties.
- Ensuring that this QEH&S policy is reviewed and amended as necessary and appropriate.
We recognize that the responsibilities for protection of the environment and worker health & safety are shared, requiring cooperation between our employees and top management. eWaste Solutions will continually improve its environmental and health & safety performance through responsible recycling requirements. This will include setting goals, taking into consideration our business, financial, operational, legal and compliance requirements and obligations, as well as the views of interested parties.

Privacy Policy
eWaste Solutions ("EWS," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding personal information in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information when you submit a contact form, request a quote, schedule services, or enter into a service agreement. This may include:

Information Security
eWaste Solutions maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We operate under a comprehensive Written Information Security Program (WISP) in compliance with Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00.
We are an R2v3 and RIOS certified electronics recycler, and our secure data destruction services align with:

- HIPAA
- NISPOM
Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and protected through secure operational controls.
Data Retention
We retain business and compliance documentation only as long as required for contractual, regulatory, or audit purposes. Information is securely destroyed when no longer required.
Third-Party Sharing
Information is shared only when necessary to fulfill services or comply with legal requirements. Any authorized service providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

SMS Terms
of Service
Consent & Enrollment
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from eWaste Solutions. This includes SMS messages for appointment confirmations, pickup scheduling reminders, service status updates, and quote follow-ups.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Get Help or Opt Out
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again through a web form or by contacting us directly.
